MASSAGE THERAPY at Sutherland-Chan Clinic
Massage Therapists are Regulated Health Care Professionals governed by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
On your first visit, you'll be asked to complete a confidential health history form. If you wish, you can also print and complete the form before you arrive. Your therapist will review your health history and if you have a specific condition or concern, the intake process will involve some testing and assessment. This helps the massage therapist develop a treatment plan best suited to your needs.
During your massage therapy treatment you can expect to have your privacy respected. Your therapist will leave the room so that you may disrobe and cover yourself on the table. You may remove as little of your clothing as you wish. During the treatment, you will be draped with a blanket and sheet so that only the part of your body being treated is uncovered.
